The City of Sugarland Texas, working with OnPoint EV Solutions, will offer Level 3 Fast Charging Electric Vehicle “EV” charging stations at the Sugarland Airport, and Level 2 Charing EV charging stations at Imperial Park starting in Summer of 2025. Ms. Beth Rosenbaum, Assistant City Manager, Ken Durbin, Assistant Director of Aviation, Rolly Woolsey, CEO of OnPoint EV Solutions and the OnPoint EV team broke ground at Sugarland Airport on March 18, 2025.
OnPoint EV Solutions DC Super-Fast Level 3 EV Charging Stations, which include a Solar Canopy, High Speed Internet Services, Security Cameras and Digital Kiosks integrated with local Sugarland Businesses and OnPoint’s Mobile App will be installed at the following Sugarland locations.

These sites are expected to deliver DC Super-Fast Level 3 charging to thousands of EV drivers traveling through Sugar Land daily.
As part of OnPoint EV Solutions’ new JV partnership with Argent Associates- Network and Digital Kiosk company from Plano, TX and strategic partnerships with Influent Energy, a leading Solar energy company from Kansas City, and Uptime Charger, a national EV Charging EPC and Management company from Michigan,. OnPoint will initially deploy 4-180kW public direct-current fast-chargers (DCFC) connectors at the Airport to support both public and fleet charging, and 6- 19.5kW Level 2 chargers at the Imperial Park for Sugar Land residents visiting the Park and Community Center.
